These terms govern use of the Apex Horizon Capital Ltd. website, investor portal and related services. An investment request is an application. It becomes an active investment only after payment is verified or an authorized administrator approves manual funding, and the package terms in force at that moment are stored with the investment.
Illustrated monthly percentages are ranges. They are not a guarantee, promise or projection of profit. The credited rate, if any, is the approved rate for that period and must fall inside the accepted package range.
